These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tenvault Markets website, mobile application, and trading platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Registration
To use Tenvault Markets, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Tenvault Markets is not a financial advisor and provides execution-only services.
3. Trading and Execution
Tenvault Markets provides a platform for trading various financial instruments. We do not guarantee the execution of any order at a specific price or within a specific timeframe. Market volatility may result in slippage or delays. All trades are final once executed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits: Funds must originate from a source owned by the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and security checks. Processing times vary depending on the method used.
- Fees: We reserve the right to charge fees for transactions, maintenance, or other services. A current fee schedule is available on the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Engaging in market manipulation, insider trading, or other fraudulent activities.
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenvault Markets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or system failures.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for security reasons.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tenvault Markets operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
